CA G R Yadav is a Founder Partner of G V T & Associates. He did his schooling from Delhi. He is a Commerce graduate from Delhi University and qualified Chartered Accountant. He possesses rich professional experience of more than 7 years post qualification in handling company law matters, Income tax Appeal & Assessment, Forensic Audit & Investigation and Risk Based Internal Audit, Corporate Tax matters of domestic/ multi-national enterprises. He has been involved in advising clients on various domestic and international tax matters for mitigating tax exposures and ensuring compliance etc. His experience also encompasses advising clients in the field of Corporate M&A, buy-side/sell-side advisory, corporate fund raising (debt and equity syndication) and transaction structuring involving tax, regulatory (FEMA and FDI regulations), corporate law, SEBI and transaction financing issues. He is actively participates in charity events for "SARVHITSUKHAYE TRUST" with help of his mountaineering skills. His contributions to the society also includes supporting underprivileged children.

CA Vishal Gupta is the Founder partner of the firm. He possesses rich professional experience of more than 4 years He has vast Knowledge in Income tax Appeal & Assessment, Special Audit, company law matters, Statutory Audit of PSU and Bank.

He is currently look after Legal Advisory work of the firm which undertake litigation matters pertaining to Goods & Services Tax(GST), Income Tax, Double Taxation Avoidance Agreement and Transfer Pricing. He supervises the tax audit, statutory audit assignments, transfer pricing and issues arising in cross border transactions with special reference to DTAA.

He is providing consultancy services to corporate or non corporate assessee about the various issues pertaining to litigation of Income tax and transfer pricing assessment up to appellate level.

CA Yogesh Gupta is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) since 2011. He is also a qualified Cost & works Accountant (CMA). He possesses rich professional experience of more than 8 years post qualification in handling company law matters He is associated as consultant with of GVT & Associates. He has vast Knowledge in the field of ROC Compliances, Delhi Value Added Tax and Goods & Services Tax(GST), Accounting Standard, Ind AS . He is currently looking after Audits, Income Tax Matters, Goods & Service Tax Matters, Accounting Outsourcing, Stock Audit, Statutory Branch Audit and Physical verification of Fixed Assets/Stock Verification.

CA Tinkel Gupta is member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India(ICAI) since 2012. She possesses rich professional experience of more than 7 years post qualification in handling company law matters. She is founder partner of GVT & Associates. She has vast Knowledge in the field of Audits, Income Tax Matters, Goods & Service Tax Matters, Stock Audit, Statutory Branch Audit and Accounting Standard, Ind AS & US GAAP.
